Peggy Klein is specialized in construction law and project development. Her clients include developers, contractors, investors and consultants, as well as corporations and governments. Peggy is extremely experienced in conducting legal proceedings in arbitration and before the Court. In addition, she is often consulted for drawing up and assessing contracts, including contracts regarding area development and redevelopment, turnkey contracts and building contracts.
Peggy regularly gives lectures and courses on the subjects of different types of construction contracts, Uniform Administrative Conditions for construction 2012 (UAV 2012) and on guarantees in the field of construction.
After graduation, Peggy started her career with the law firm of AKD. Later, she moved to the long-established law firm of Houthoff Buruma and then joined Straatman Koster Advocaten as a partner. Peggy is co-founder of Staal Advocaten.
